Work In Progress

watercolor on paper 18 x 24

I hope everyone enjoyed my little game as much as I did.  I certainly enjoyed reading the guesses I got on my blog and facebook.  One person used the words venetian blinds, which was sort of close since the word venetian was in there:)  My work in progress this week is a scene from Venice during Carnivale.  With February rapidly approaching, I thought it wold be a fitting.

I'm also posting Steven's painting today.  He's been back in the swing of things this week.  He broke out his new set of paints he got for Christmas and created a beautiful piece.

Thanks everyone for participating:)

  3. Il est toujours intéressant de voir la progression d'une peinture et celle-ci ne manquera pas d'être remarquable.

  14. Steven's painting is awesome! I've seen lots of paintings by adults that are less sophisticated or beautiful.

Those are ruffles! I thought they were flowers. You're on your way to another beautiful painting!
